Thank you to Inglesina for providing me with a sample to review. All opinions are my own.
Being a Mom and soon expecting our third baby, I’ve found that one of the hardest decisions I come across when looking for baby gear is picking the perfect stroller. There are so many options and even if I know exactly what I’m looking for, I sometimes feel like there just isn’t a stroller out there that combines all of my expectations. Luckily Italian stroller designer, Inglesina has found a way to combine beautiful, European style with complete functionality in their new, Trilogy stroller! If you’re a mom that’s looking for something stylish yet super easy to use and offers extreme versatility then the Trilogy is for you.
The Trilogy offers an array of great features including:
- Single-handle frame
- Inglesina’s patented folding system which allows you to open and close Trilogy with just one hand
- The wheels – equipped with ball bearings – make it easy to push it
- Front swivel wheels with remote locking
- Reversible seat
- Over-sized Canopy
- Includes cup holder and rain cover
- Matching storage basket
- Compact fold
- Ball-bearing wheels for an east and smooth ride
- Can easily close and open the stroller without having to remove the seat in either position
The Trilogy does require a little assembly. Just snap on the back wheels and the canopy onto the seat and you’re ready to go! The stroller comes with a bumper bar and rain cover which is nice. The bumper bar can easily slide on and off the front of the seat and the rain cover snaps onto the canopy. I really love the look of the white frame, it definitely makes the stroller stand out. The ability to reverse the seat is another handy feature and the large canopy will really come in handy for protecting baby from the elements.
The seat reclines to an almost completely flat position and it’s super easy to put up and down which I greatly appreciate. I can’t stand a stroller that has a secret combination to having to recline the seat, especially when my little one is already asleep. I do wish the cup holder was able to snap onto the front areas of the stroller so that as my baby gets bigger they could use it to access their own cup. The stroller pushes very easy on both grass and pavement plus it’s very light so I can easily carry it around with me.
The ball-bearing wheels certainly make for a smooth ride and I really like that the back breaks are so easy to use. To collapse the stroller you don’t even have to remove the seat which is normally the case when it comes to reversible strollers. Just push the little red button and pull up on the handle and watch it fold up!
