When it comes to taking my family to the movies, one word comes to mind. CHAOS! I have two little kids that seem to refuse to sit still and although they love movies, it seems being IN a movie theater just isn’t their cup of tea. If only I could throw in something they love to do while watching movies, like eating lunch it would be so much easier. OH WAIT, I CAN! Studio Movie Grill combines the fun of the movies with the tastes of a restaurant to give movie goers an experience that will leave you filled and thrilled!
We were able to experience the Studio Movie Grill in Houston, TX and my kids loved it! Not only were we able to easily see movie times and titles online, we were able to order food and dine in while watching the movie. The Studio Movie Grill offers spacious seating and a nice area to sit with your family, be able to eat and still have great seats for viewing. We choose to go see the newly release, How To Train Your Dragon II.
We were all super excited to try out the movie theater dining experience after browsing what was available online. I loved that they offered daily specials as well as items I knew my whole family would enjoy. Once at the theater, the kids loved choosing where to sit and greatly enjoyed the giant bucket seats. Ordering our food was easy and the items were brought out in a timely manner and right before the movie started. It was nice feeling like we were waited on but not distracted from the movie.
All in all the food was good and the kids had a blast. The movie was adorable and as a total experience, we all decided it was a must do again! If you’re looking for a great date night or fun time out with the family, what better way then to grab some grub and a flick at the same time at the Studio Movie Grill!

I love Studio Movie Grill! The one here in Wheaton IL is the best! The seats are clean and comfortable, the food is good, and the movies rock! It’s the only place we go for movies any more!
