Thank you to Uncle Milton for providing me with samples to review. All opinions are my own.
As a mother you never want to hear your children are afraid of something. For the past few months we’ve been battling the fact that both of our children are afraid of the dark. I’ve been looking everywhere for a nightlight that will make them feel more comfortable at night but I have yet to find a product that fits our family until now! Uncle Milton’s Wall Friends and Wild Walls have the THE perfect solution for my kiddos and creating a safe place for them at nighttime.
Wild Walls
If your kids ever wished their favorite animals and movie characters could come to play, Uncle Milton’s Wild Walls are the perfect way to make them come to life! We were given the chance to test out the Wild Walls Little Mermaid Set and it’s been a major hit!
The set comes complete with everything you need to create the perfect wall scene including Little Mermaid decals with a 22″ Ariel and a light FX box. When turned on, the light FX box offers two different settings, one with just light and the other with light and sound effects from the film, playing “Under The Sea” from Disney’s The little Mermaid!
Ever since we moved into our current home back in July, my 4 year old has been telling us she’s afraid of the dark at night. Since putting up the Wild Walls Little Mermaid Set, she’s been more then happy to turn off the lights! The light box has auto-shutoff that will turn the set off after 20 min which is nice and I love that the sound it omits is loud enough to be heard but not too loud to disturb her if she falls asleep with it on. The decals are VERY sticky which is great! However we have latex paint in the home we rent so I have found I need to press on the decals after a few days to make sure they are sticking properly. This is no fault to the product but just a heads up if you have the same paint. Other then that the set has been wonderful!

Wall Friends
Make any wall POP! with Wall Friends from Uncle Milton! Wall Friends are fun, light up characters that can be hung on any wall. Each one comes with a remote that when pressed, makes the character come to life! We were able to test out the Jake and the Never Land Pirates Wall Friend and my 2 year old loves it! The 13″ light comes fully assembled and includes a one button remote. Once we hung the Wall Friend up and loaded the remote with batteries my son had Jake talking in no time! Just push the button and Jake says different phrases from the TV show!
I love that the remote just has one button, it makes it really easy for little ones to interact with it and it’s the perfect size for little hands. There are two different sound settings for Jake so that it can be made softer for little ones going to bed. When the Wall Friends talks the light flashes in time with what he is saying and also has a auto off after it’s been without use for a while. My son now loves going to bed and has a blast interacting with Jake and talking back to him!

I’ve seen these recently and they are so cute! What little girl wouldn’t love Little Mermaid, right?
These are so cool! My daughter would love them!
I love the Jake light! My youngest would think that’s pretty great!
What fun that must be! I guess the kids now feel like they’re sleeping at a Disney resort!
We have the iron Man wild decal and both of my boys love it during the day.. but at night the rocket blasts are too scary in the dark for my 3-year old. I think the Jake one would have been a better choice for him. My 6 year loves it still though!!
Those are so fun! My kids would love them.
I do have a daughter but honestly I want this for myself. I wont even pretend.
How fun! Maybe if I got this for my daughter I could get her to sleep in her own bedroom finally.
Thanks, I am heading to amazon right now for that jake one!
How cute! I wonder if my kiddo would actually fall asleep, or stay awake longer just to enjoy the light…
I definitely need to get one of these for my oldest son. He is 4 and won’t sleep if it is dark in his room. We have taken all but one of the light bulbs out of his overhead light because he constantly gets up and turns it on (and we constantly get up and turn it back off once he is asleep again.) because we worry that he won’t sleep well in such a bright room. This nightlight might help us all get a bit more sleep.
I feel the need to thank you for sharing your vast knowledge. It isn’t often I get to tell a writer “good job!”. Thanks for all the great informative content.
