My three year old has to be the pickiest eater I’ve ever seen, which is why I was happy to work with Enfagrow on this sponsored post in promoting their Toddler Supplements. I mean literally my kiddo survives off of carbs, including Jimmy Dean’s sausage pancake sticks, yogurt, a variety of juice, chicken nuggets and water. I’ve always had eating issues with him ever since he was a baby, granted the earliest were attributed to a gag reflex that wasn’t receding like it should in normal infants. When babies are born, their gag reflex starts very close to the front of their mouth (which is why new babies tend to spit up a lot when introduced to a thicker substance then milk) and as they grow older, that reflex normally recedes to the back of the tongue where we as adults have it. Unfortunately, this wasn’t happening with my son and although he was very interested in trying new foods, he couldn’t swallow them without spitting them back up. After about 7 months of therapy we were able to train his body to recede his gag reflex but because of this, he’s become a VERY picky eater.
As you can imagine, a diet consisting mainly of carbs isn’t exactly healthy and I’ve struggled with ways to get him to eat the nutrients he needs. I decided a while ago that the only way I’m going to get him the goodness his body needs is through some sort of toddler supplement. Thankfully I’ve found Enfagrow Toddler! My son is a big milk drinker which is a definite plus, so I decided to test out Enfagrow’s Toddler formula. We’ve been using it for a few weeks now and he absolutely loves it! It’s so nice to know that I’m able to provide him with the nutrients he needs without feeling like I’m trying to force him to eat something he doesn’t like. I want eating to be a fun experience, not something he dreads and Enfagrow Toddler is helping me to do that for him.
Besides offering him the daily nutrients he needs and isn’t getting from his picky diet, Enfagrow Toddler also gives him DHA. For those who may not be familiar with DHA, it is an Omega-3-Fatty acid and important building block for young brains. This nutrient is important for children since 85% of brain growth happens within the first three years of a child’s life. In a normal toddler diet, kids are only getting about 25% of their daily DHA ration and since my little one is NOT on a normal diet, it was important to me that he is provided with such a brain-nourishing ingredient.
Find out more about the benefits of DHA here!
Enfagrow’s toddler line includes both powder and ready-to-drink varieties of supplemental products that help provide children with the nutrients their bodies need. These options are specifically meant to compliment a toddler’s (1-3 years old) regular diet; giving kids not only DHA but also essential nutrients such as Vitamin D, Calcium and Iron as well as a prebiotic blend that helps to support digestive health in just two servings a day!
Being a mom to a picky child can certainly be frustrating. I’m grateful that I have a product like Enfagrow Toddler to help my little man get the essentials his diet isn’t providing while letting me feel better about his future.

I have an almost 2yr old who is a pretty good eater when she wants to be but she is picky and is honestly not eating what she should be. Mine lives off of cheese sticks (not fried ones), cheese, french fries, hot dogs, milk, water, apple juice, spaghetti, yogurt, cucumbers and tomatoes. And the majority is soo not good for her. I’d love to give her something that would benefit her and give her the appropriate nutrients even if she won’t eat it, she loves drinking things especially if she thinks its something she isn’t supposed to have.

Right now my almost 2 year old will only eat veggies…I know I know, HORRIBLE problem to have that he actually wants to eat things like broccoli and green beans, etc. but seriously! It’s soo hard to get any protein into this kid! He doesn’t like peanut butter, refuses to eat meat, except for the very very occasional chicken nugget or hot dog…but he does love dairy so I’m hoping this as a substitute for his milk will give him a needed boost!

Our hostess, knowing that nothing upsets young children’s schedules more than party refreshments in late
afternoon, solved the difficulty by serving a
simple supper shortly before five o’clock. It is possible to alter the guidelines around if you
would like. And remember Air Hockey Tables are not just for kids.
