When it comes to baked goods, cookies are one of my favorites. I normally bake my own, however sometimes the occasion will arise when I’d rather have someone bake them for me! There are TONS of options when it comes to pre-made cookies, but it’s so hard to find the perfect one. Big Cookie chef Aaron Brilliant, realized just this and decided to trade in his civil engineering credentials for an oven, a spatula and an apron to create Big Cookie! I was given the chance to taste out a few Big Cookies for myself! The cookies arrived nicely packaged and individually wrapped which was wonderful since it helped preserve their freshness. Each cookie is a decent size ( 2.6+ ounces) and when opened, the smells of a fresh baked cookie overwhelm you! The cookies even feel as if they were just out of the oven, being soft and chewy. My kiddos and I were excited to test out each flavor. We started with the Big Smooth Butterscotch Walnut. It was by far the BEST gourmet cookie I’ve ever tasted! Honestly I was totally left wishing I had a full dozen of them. I was surprised I liked it so much since I’m not a big fan of cookies with nuts, but this was awesome! We then tasted the Big Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Harvest and the Big Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Unity. Both were again, totally amazing! My kiddos liked the chocolate peanut butter one the best. All three cookies were moist, chewy and decadent. You could certainly tell they were made with love and I was really surprised they weren’t hard like most cookies that are packaged.
