There’s nothing like the happiness of adding a baby to the family. From their adorable giggles to their irresistible smell, the joy of bringing your baby home is something every mother looks forward to. Of course, while babies are adorable, they come with a LOT of stuff! Diapers, creams, powders, medicines, blankets, wipes, sheets, bibs, bottles, clothing (oh, the clothing!) and so much more!
One of my 2018 new year resolutions is to stay more organized and what better way to start than with our most cluttered room in the house, our baby’s nursery.
Here are 3 tips that any mom can use to help keep the clutter at bay and their baby happy!
1. Hang Your Baby Shoes
If you’re a girl Mama like me, your baby probably already has quite the shoe collection! It’s almost more addicting to buy shoes for her than it is for me and if you have the same problem I do, finding somewhere to store them is becoming a problem. An easy fix to this problem is to hang those cute baby shoes! Use clip hooks and clip pairs together for a clean and organized look.
2. Use Size Organizers
Another addiction I’ll admit to is buying WAY too many adorable clothes for my kids and when it comes to girl clothes it seems like there is SO much more than boys. Of course, when you’re pregnant you’ll buy clothing in all different sizes to make sure your baby is covered as they grow. Keep those super cute clothing finds organized by using spacers that organize them by size! Not only will it help you keep track of your baby’s growth, it will let you know exactly where to go when pulling out that perfect tutu dress.
3. Organize Your Diapers
If there’s one thing any Mama has more of than clothes or shoes, it’s diapers! We’re a big Pampers family and there’s never a room in my house that doesn’t have a box somewhere. Organizing your diapers can help keep your changing station clean and make it easier for you to grab and go when a diaper emergency happens. Using a drawer, basket or shelf dedicated just to diapers is a great solution for getting rid of the boxes and offering easy access to changing necessities.
Speaking of Pampers Diapers, right now you can get an instant $10 off when you buy 2 Pampers products at Sam’s Club! Whether your baby is in Pampers Swaddlers, Pampers Cruisers, or Pampers Sensitive, saving $10 is a great deal!
